Autumn is finally here. I knew it a week ago when I went to the Yorkville Starbucks and had my first Pumpkin Spice Frappucino of the year.
And all of the post-urges of last year emerge! I fully expressed my love of autumn last year here, here, and here.

Speaking of which, I had an amazing coupon at the Gap for the sale section, and I got some fantastic new fall clothes.
This gorgeous mauve moleskin coat,
This gorgeous autumn-plaid scarf, which is very long and very stunning,
These plum chords,
And this stunning and incredibly comfortable boyfriend sweater, although I bought it in a plum colour as well, not this navy.
(And finally, how much can I not wait for crisp air, pumpkin pie and everything else pumpkin flavoured, warm drinks, Halloween, seeing my family, wearing scarves, coats, and tights, and It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown???)

miracles
All settled and moved into Toronto! I went out for dinner with my residence house, and have a secret event called "Awkward-Fest." We'll see what it's all about! The most intense orientation starts tomorrow, but check out some photos of my dorm below. It looks better in real life!

wait for it
For those of you who have been reading my blog for the past year, you will remember my fixation with the cupcake beanie... Which sold out before I was able to get one, and which my friend Sarah got (much to my chagrin).
My world has now done a complete 180. The hat is back! I need to get it so badly, but I don't have a lot of money because I am now a university student. I'm thinking of saving 15 dollars this month and 15 dollars in October... We'll see.
It's clearly my destiny. And an obsession.
PS: Aren't the other things I discovered around this time last year cute, too? They're no cupcake beanie... But they'll do.
